Mason Bercaw of Realty Executive Associates brings over 15 years of financial, professional, and public service to the Real Estate Market in Knoxville, TN. He graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a bachelor’s in Finance and Economics. During his time in college and the years after, Mason became an experienced banker, consumer lender, stock broker, and financial advisor, which allowed him to gain unique insight to many aspects of the financial and real estate markets, and how they complement.

After purchasing his first home, Mason shortly converted it into an investment property which opened the door to many opportunities, including using everything he has learned for people outside of himself. This experience ignited a passion for helping others to reach their goals of becoming first-time homeowners, upsizing, downsizing, or buying investment properties.

Mason has experience handling both buyer and seller side transactions, commercial property sales, and property management. He believes that having such broad experience in the many facets of real estate transactions, in addition to his experience in financial markets as a whole, gives him a unique perspective not seen in others in the industry.

Mason also remains a certified officer with the State of Tennessee, where he has served as a patrolman, search and rescue diver, bomb squad support technician, and crime scene investigator. In addition to serving clients with their real estate needs, Mason values the opportunity to help his fellow citizens in a more direct manner by protecting and serving.

When not assisting clients, Mason enjoys spending time with his wife, Talyr, and their two senior dogs, Rebellious and Athena.

Together, they frequently seek out delicious food, sights and experiences around Knoxville and the world. When at home, they can often be found at the movie theater, any number of Knoxville’s awesome eateries, or at home working on whichever project they cook up.
